Unlike AURA, many other GPS speed camera databases rely largely on locations provided by hobbyists who might not be able to tell a speed camera or a red light camera from a traffic flow camera or a surveillance camera. Traffic information is fed from 100's of thousands of vehicles and sensors across the country providing up to the second information. Snooper Syrius 7000s TMC service will alert you to all traffic incidents across the country and lists them in distance order from your current position. Built-in MP3 player
Snooper Syrius S7000 comes complete with a built-in MP3 player. Now you can navigate to your destination whilst listening to you favourite music at the same time. The Syrius S7000 comes with a headphone socket so you can plug in headphones, but it is also possible to plug in an FM transmitter (not included) enabling you to transmit both the navigation instructions and your music through your vehicles car stereo.

Bluetooth Handsfree Technology
Stay on the right side of the law. Syrius S7000 is equipped with built in Bluetooth Handsfree Technology and a built in microphone so that if you do have to take a call whilst you are on the move you can do so safely, with both hands still on the steering wheel. Also available as an optional extra is an extension microphone perfect for vehicles which generate a lot of background noise. The microphone can be installed permanently or temporarily and ensures that you will always be heard clearly. Compatible with most bluetooth enabled mobile phones.

Auto Ranging
There is no need to set the detection range of Syrius S7000, as it automatically calculates the distance required depending on the speed limit. For instance it will alert you 200 meters in advance in a 30mph zone and up to 500 meters in a 70mph zone.

Smart Mute
Syrius Proline recognises your speed. So if you are under the speed limit as you approach a speed camera or high risk zone it will only give you a visual alert. Of course if you are over the speed limit you will get a full audible alert including voice warnings.
